MSA 1000 and W@K adv server DL380

When i patch w2k the system takes approx 7 hours to reboot.

This is unacceptable. Windows just waits until disk activety on the MSA is finished. It takes ages. I have 12 drives of 72 GB.

Does anyone know what i can do about it.
