Hi,

I have dual controllers and I want to test failover. Is it safe to pull the SAS cables from the controller or server when data isn't being written to the disks?

Is it safe to pull out a controller to simulate controller failure?

hehhe. it sounds like 'is it safe for a controller to fail?'.
it reminds me of one of our customers: he wanted to do the disaster recovery with shutting down all the machines in the usual way, because removing the power would be unsafe :D
