I want to add an enclosure tout my Msa 2040 SAS energy star LFF storage.
Do I have to add the MSA 2040 Energy star enclosure or is the MSA 2050 LFF Enclosure ok?
Thanks

SolutionHello,
If you add an energy star enclosure then your full system will be energy star complinant. There are data centers that require all the components to follow that requirement.
If you did not need an energy star complinent system (top ot bottom) then you can purchase whatever enclosure you wish.
Which enclosure depends on the requirments of your data center.
