now we have linear volume. Maybe my problem is here ?
is it possible to migrate to virtual ? without lost data ?

As informed you earlier read cache concept works with Virtual Disk group and Virtual Pool only. It's not applicable for Linear vdisk.
Coming to your other query, in order to migrate data from Linear volume to Virtual Volume you need to use Host based application file copy feature. Please follow best practice white paper and refer page no 43 (Scenario 3:)
