MSA 2040
So, I am receiving emails every hour from our SAN. From what I found out about the message it not a big deal. I have download all the log and saved them. Then tried to clear them out. Any thoughts on how to stop/fix this issue? See error message below. This is for a HP MSA 2040.

Hi,
I have the same issue.
Connect to the CLI using something like PuTTY with an account with the management previlege (like manage) and run the following command:
# clear events both
clear events
Description
Clears the event log in controller A, B, or both. For use by or with direction from technical support.
Minimum role
manage
Syntax
clear events
[a|b|both]
Parameters
a|b|both
Optional. The controller event log to clear. If this parameter is omitted, both event logs are cleared.
Examples
Clear the event log for controller A.
