MSA 2052 registration with HPE support

I have my HPE servers be it DL380 G9 or G10 registered with HPE support thru the ILO (Remote Support --> Registration). This helps HPE support to quickly troubleshoot issues.

I was wondering if there is a way that I can register my MSA2052 SAN storage with HPE support.

Hi Diago, 

You can use the regsiter the MSA with the HPE Insight Remote Support application for remote monitoring of the  MSA.
This IRS software is available at no additional cost with a HPE warranty, HPE Support Service or HPE contractual support agreement.

HPE Insight Remote Support 7.x is a software solution that enables reactive and proactive remote support to improve the availability of supported servers, storage, and networking devices.

If you wish to get this software deployed for monitroing your HPE hardware, you can get a case logged with the HPE IRS Support team who will guide you through.

Hi RinuRajan,

Thank you for your prompt reponse.

Does HPE Insight Remote Support registering DL380 G9/G10 Servers, HPE/Aruba switches and Aruba IAP?

The reason I'm asking is that I have an entire data center built upon HPE/Aruba technologies and would like a view the health of all my hardware and proactive support in a single pane of glass.

Your advise on this would be highly appreciated.

Yes, the Proliant Servers, MSA and Aruba network switches are listed as HPE IRS  monitored devices.
