MSA 2324FC error
Hi
I have just expienced the error below on our SAN.
2011-10-21 07:07:32 A2972 65 Uncorrectable ECC error detected in buffer memory when booting up. (address: 0x1F7D9400)
2011-10-21 02:27:36 A2969 107 Critical Error: Fault Type: NMI p1: 0x022A591, p2: 0x0000000, p3: 0x0000000, p4: 0x0000000 CThr: Null
There was no activity on the shelf at all. So I shut it down and started it again it came up with these errors. Everything seems to be running fine now.
Any ideas?
Regards
Henrik

Re: MSA 2324FC error
Hi, is it repeatedly reporting these errors? If so I'd suggest a replacement of the controller (firmware upgrade before?) and verify integrity of your data.
