Does anyone know if I may use MSA 30 + PCI-X 2-channel RAID320 controller (PN A9890A) + RX2600 + Linux ????

Hi Kevin,

yes the SmartArray 6402 (A9890A) is supported on all 3 OS's (HP-UX, Windows and Linux) in the RX2600, even as the boot controller.
And the external SA30 JBOD is the preferred solution.
