MSA Drive Firmware Matrix - Now updated with direct firmware download links

The MSA Drive Firmware Matrix (https://www.hpe.com/storage/MSADriveFirmware) has just been updated.    The matrix on this page contains: 

  • Drive model number
  • Current/latest firmware version 
  • Option part #
  • Spare part #
  • Description 
  • Firmware download links (** NEW **)

With the new download links, you can choose either the Windows or Linux Smart Component (recommended) or the raw .FLA firmware component.

  • Search the page for your drive model number (ctrl-F)
  • View current/latest firmware version 
  • Download the firmware flash of your choice (HPE recommends the Windows or Linux Smart Components).

Note:  Firmware is not available for download if it is the initial firmware the drive was released with.
