It should work then. Verify if the Volumes are still mapped, if not you can remap it. 

You can also try unmapping and remapping if you are unable to see the shared storage from the host.

 

If you would need Redundancy then you will need to replace Controller A eventually...sooner the better.

It seems Controller B went down:

ESXi Hosts are connected to this MSA?! If yes, Can you check if VAAI is enabled or disabled?

My MSA connected with two ESXi host version 5.5.

And i disable VAAI now.
