MSA1000 Active/stdby bouncing controller with OpenVMS

Hello,
my customer asked to me why his MSA1000 controller bouncing when all san is correctly configured (zoning, cabling, etc...) and no errors or up/down on links occurs. I have no answer.
Environment is:
msa1000 with active/stdby firmware for Ovms (maybe rev. 4.58)
two F.C. switches
two F.C. hba on servers
Ovms 7.2.2
No errors or up/down on links.

Any idea ?
thanks in advance
kind regards
Davide

Re: MSA1000 Active/stdby bouncing controller with OpenVMS

How many Nodes are accessing the MSA1000 ? If any one of the nodes is having a problem (i.e.HBA or cable) talking to the MSA active controller, then the pathing sw will try to move all the luns to the other MSA controller.
