MSA1000 Critical Lock-up

IтАЩve just had a power outage and when my MSA1000 came back up the following error was showing and I canтАЩt access the SAN.

03 Critical Lock-up Detected CODE=f112h

Hi,
I have seen this before. You need to upgrade your MSA1000 firmware.

Hello,

I am having the same issue. I tried another cold boot after removing the smart array controller card with no luck. Did updating the firmware correct your issue? If so, how do you do this?
