MSA1000 not showing in SMH

Would it be possible to get a screenshot of the System Management Homepage (SMH) showing the MSA1000 info? I have a open case with HP and they say the MSA1000 does not show in SMH. I never seen it work since this is a new requirement.
I'm trying to get MSA1000 info in HP SIM 5.3 and I was told by SIM support that the MSA1000 needs to show up in SMH first. SIM support and SMH support don't agree on the fact that the MSA1000 should show up in SMH. ACU sees the MSA1000 and arrays fine but no info in the SMH.

MSA1000 dual controllers fw 7 active/active
dual integrated MSA 2/8 FC switch fw 3.2.1c
