MSA1500 firmware upgrade has deleted LUN configuration

Hello,
my customer has claimed that during a firmware upgrade from 4.12 to 4.98 the controller has lost all configuration parameters of the storage (LUNs, etc...).

Has anyone had any similar experience ?
If yes are there any strange reason ?

Hello Davide,

There is no fw 4.12 for the MSA1500. The 1st fw that has been released (when the MSA1500 was released) was 4.82.

Could you be more specific what you mean. ?
Im interested in details like tech_support and what your customer did to update the fw.
