MSA1500 latest Firmware for offline flash

Hello,

where can i find the latest firmware (7.10 a/a/) for offline flash.

In a w2k server the msa flash utility doesn't work (for me).

There is only one package for ver 7 .xx

Have you tried another version of the Online package? That always worked for us.
Be certain you are connected to the active controller though when you launch it

Another way to upgrade the firmware is to connect a laptop and use HyperTerm to the controller port on the front of the controller and initiate the firmware upgrd using the bin file on a laptop. I wrote a process for this years ago.
