MSA2000 G3 Firmware
Hi -
I have a couple MSA2000 G3 FC/iSCSI units and am having firmware upgrade issues on both. Each unit has 2 controllers and I'm trying to update with TS240P001.
On one device controller A CPLD has updated from v13 to v22, but the controller B CPLD won't update (even with partner update enabled). On the other device niether CPLD's will update and are stuck on v13.
I'm updating with FTP and the error is that the MC partitions cannot be dismounted.
Any ideas?

Re: MSA2000 G3 Firmware
Yes, tried that and unfortunately no change.
HP have swapped one controller, so I have at least one device working now. The other still has both A & B CPLD's not at bundle version.

Re: MSA2000 G3 Firmware
The following issues were fixed in this TS240P003 firmware release
During a firmware update, the CPLD portion of the firmware failed to load.
May be the problem.

Re: MSA2000 G3 Firmware
Thanks, after 3-or-so attempts that seems to have fixed the issue.
