MSA2012fc dual controller
Hello,
We took over an MSA2012fc from another company. Now I'm trying to set up this system. There are 3 users defined in the controller: ftp, monitor and root (I think the standard user manage has been changed to root).
Don't know what the passwords are from these users.
For all three users I tried to change the password with the CLI: set password root / set password monitor etc.
But then I receive the message: "Changing password for user: root. Error: The user is not recognized on this system". Can anyone explain this to me? And how can I change the passwords on this system?
Thanks in advance,
Jan.
