MSA2012i Win2k8 MPIO Failover

Having followed HPs guidlines for setting up MPIO I still can't get it to work on a dual controller 2012i. If I reboot controller A I lose connectivity. When I add controller B as a target it does not show the drives in device list which may be because the array/volume is managed by Controller A.

Any ideas? My setup is the standard with 2 NICs on server, 2 switches and 2 subnets for SAN traffic.
