Hi All,

when i try to connect to MSA,MSA page appear and it shows

Warning
The system is currently unavailable

How can i connect to SMU ?

Which MSA?

Many MSA storage systems have a serial cable that can be used for out-of-band access. If your system has this, I would recommend you bring out the serial cable and connect directly to the box with Hyperterm or an equivalent program.

If for some reason you can not do this, we need a bit more information, such as exact model number, firmware version, operating system(s) being used, etc.

Any new ideas to this error message? I'm getting the same message. I can connect to the MSA via cli but not the user interface. I get "The system is currently unavailable"

I have an MSA2012 enclosure with dual FC controllers (MSA2324fc)
