MSA2312sa can't create vdisk (SMU or CLI) - Unable to create vdisk - Command Failed

Hi.

I've acquired a MSA2312sa dual controller storage with 12x 300GB 15k SAS 3.5", but I'm unable to create vdisks even with the last firmware versions, not by SMU nor CLI.

The error I receive by CLI is "Command Failed". Log shows the following (no mater raid level or disks selected):

Vdisk creation has started. (vdisk: VD01, SN: 00000000000000000000000000000000) 4-disk RAID10, format type: online initialization, chunk size: 64KB

Vdisk creation failed. Command failed. (error code: 1). (Vdisk: VD01, SN: 00000000000000000000000000000000)

I have not been able to find any reference to this error on internet. Can anyone help me with this?

I have the same error, i use old and new  firmware and nothing change.
