MSA500 G2 sevice port

Manual for MSA500 G2 lists service port in controller.
Is any documentation how to use the port?
Can I use the port to retrieve controller/disks statistics (similar to MSA1000)?

Last thing I heard on this topic was that there is no command line or other interface on this port.

it also says in the manuals that it is for HP
authorised engineers only, so probably is useable but only with HP's own internal diagnostic tools.

I know, it is in manual posted in 2005.
I thought maybe it changed or i missed something.
I could not find anything on hp.com, so my question.

Hi Max,
Though the Service port is fully functional,
the Firmware on the controller does not allow communication. So it cannot be used even by service engineers.

So nothing has changed from 2005 :\
