MSL4048 discovery
Hi All.
I am new to the SAN.
I am trying to connect MSL4048FC library to MSA1500 active/active controller. But server (DL380 G3/Windows 2000 Server) does not detect any new equipment. What settings should I check?
Thanks in advance.

Re: MSL4048 discovery
You need to check the zoning in the switch.
you can check in the switch logs if the unit is logged in
Also the settings in the msl are those related to the FC connectivity, be sure to set them accordly witht the FC port of the switch ( N mode and the correct speed), this setting should be made for each drive, and on the FC port1, the FC port two usualy is not used and should be set in autodetect mode for Fibre Speed and Port Type
