NEW SAN volume cannot mount in Windows 2003 cluster machines

Please help!!
TWO windows 2003 cluster machines. When present a new volume to both of the machines, it is OK. But present a new volume to either one of the machine, it is fail to recognize in the "Device Manager" (NO new HP HSV210 Multi-Path Disk Device found).
Two machine using MPIO 1.00.02 and SCSI Port driver with EVA8000. And these action is doing online(without servers restart)
Any suggestion??

I would present the drives to all nodes that will need to be part of the failover group. Then before adding it the drive as a resource in the cluster , shut down all but the node that will have the disk primarily, create the resource, and group if necessary. Then restart the other node(s). The cluster software should see that a new device is added while the nodes were down.
