Did you start the update recently?
How?
To update the single controller, disable PFU (partner firmware update) in settings, then use the GUI firmware page to update, this updates the controller you are connected to.
Be careful, if you startet an update with PFU enabled recently, it may be still in progress. This can take up to 1.5 hours.

Yes updated recently.
After the update it's been longer than 12 hours.
Updated via GUI download from the HP website (Online ROM Flash Component for Windows - HP P2000 G3 MSA Arrays).
Controller is in the state Degraded . State controller at the moment
