Dear All
I have EVA8000
I have 3 HD defective at one group ( but my data still ok )
My Question:
I found my storage Capacity
Total 110148.84 GB
Used 128147.51 GB
Available not available
I could not understand how come used over than total
And what is your recommendations

SolutionYou are lucky to have the data intact even after 3 disks failing. Please arrange to replace the failed disks quickly.
One reason could be that the "failure protection level" data being used up now due to the failure of disks. Please take steps to replace the defective disks and if this discrepancy continues even after that, you shall reset the command view service/server. Some times commandivew eva reports incorrect values related to disk usage.

If it is a CV / XCS issue I've seen it a lot less with CV over 9.3 and XCS over 6.200.
