Problem getting iscsi to work on P2000
Hi,
We have got two hp proliant servers dl380 g6 with each 2 10GB connections.
The i'p's are configured are (have a look at the attachment:
Host 1:
NIC SAN1: 192.168.201.1
NIC SAN2: 192.168.202.1
Host 2:
NIC SAN1: 192.168.203.1
NIC SAN2: 192.168.204.1
Host interfaces on the P2000 are:
A1: 192.168.201.20
A2: 192.168.203.20
B1: 192.168.204.20
B2: 192.168.202.20
The cables are connected to the correct NIC from the host to the SAN. I can ping from the host to the san interface without a problem. I i use the iscsi interface to connect to A1 or B1 than the connection is made immediately. But if i try to connect to A2 or B2 it takes forever before the connection is made. Errors in the eventlog are:
"Initiator failed to connect to the target. Target IP address and TCP Port number are given in dump data."
I also switched cables. But still the same result.
What am i doing wrong? Is my IP Configuration OK?
Thx.
Ramon
