Problem on MSA1500
I have installed a cluster under SLES 9.3 with MSA1500 + MSA30DB and HP Proliant DL380 G5.
Following the installation of this reference: 361261-001 CONTROLLERS STORAGE TO CONTROL DUAL CHANEL HP, i have the problems below:
The 2 HP DL380 G5 Performance servers are installed with 32 bit SLES 9 SP3,the 3 internal SAS disks are configured in RAID5. They appear to Be working with maximum butt 60% off to control performance
The SAN disk array is not operating properly. The disk performance is maximum butt 20% off the expected for RAID1+0 configuration and butt 15% for RAID5.
There is activity one the logical disk even when the server are shut down.
LED 12 for outstanding requests one the drunk first SCSI is constantly one one off the MSA1500 controllers
Thank you gor your quick reply

Re: Problem on MSA1500
Hello,
how did you test the performance? How many MB/s or IOPS do you get??
Best regards,
Patrick

Awa,
Are you aware that you have the LUN cache turned off for LUNs 1 and 2?
