Problem with FCA2214 & MSA1000

We have a DL360G3 with a FCA2214 HBA running W2K. It connects to the MSA1000 and is able to configure both a new disk and SSP, but cannot see the disk presented to it afterwards. We have checked the disk config and presented to another server OK and loaded the latest drivers ACU etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
