QLA2462 Dual Port : How to disable one of them?

Hi,
in one of our Proliant DL280G4 servers, with Windows 2003 server running on it, we have a QLA2462 hba, but only one of his 2 ports is connected to a fabric. The other one is simply disconnected. How can I disable it for not having my HPSIM console alerting me (with a warning) all time?
