Radius authentcation with cisco ACs

I want a authentication on the SAN Switch with a Cisco ACS. The authentication is working properly but the problem is every user who is logged in has only the user role but for administration i need a account with the admin role. Where or how can i set the roles if the useraccount comes from the ACS with radius authentication.
