Reset lost Password on MSA2050

We lost the MANAGE Password from a MSA 2050...

In the Internet I only found solotion for P2000 and 2040 that don´t work....

Any Idea?

Hello,

For the MSA2050 running any version of VL100 firmware the procedure for recovering the default password does not work. You will need to log a support ticket. They will assist with replacing the controller so you can regain access to the system.

This is known issue on MSA 2052 and CFI Number is CFI 19734.
There are no workarounds are fix for this issue you need to replace both controllers.
