SAN Newbie, Advice Needed

I have never used SANS and need some advice....

I need to setup 2 Servers to use license and terminal servcies configured as clustered connected to a SAN. If one server fails, the other one kicks in and uses the data from the SAN.

The Servers i am going to purchase are :

HP Proliant DL360R04 P3.0-1MB/800Mhz SATA
Xeon 3.0 Ghz 1MB Processor
1024MB PC2700 DDR SRAM DIMM
ProLiant DL360 G4 SlimLine CD-ROM Drive (24X) Option Kit
DL360G4 1.44-MB Diskette Drive
Smart Array 6404/256 Controller
Data Storage 2 x 36.4GB Ultra3 SCSI 15K Rpm U320 Hard disk Drive

What other hardware do i need to puchase and what do you advise, i only need something entry level.
