SSD 960GB (R0Q35A) vs SSD 1.92TB (R0Q37A)
I think that the larger the volume, the more expensive and the higher the performance.
is there any other difference?

The difference is in the size and price.
Apart from that the detailed product specification is similar for both these Drives.
(Interface Type, Workload Type, Drive Transfer Rate, Form Factor, Warranty)
