Smart Drive Alert on MSA 1000

Hi,

The drive in Bay13 of our MSA1000 raid controller is constantly flashing an Amber LED.

I know there is a tool called Array Diagnostics Utility, but could not find it.

Could you please guide us as to how to proceed towards resolving this issue.
