I have a DL380G5 running Windows 2003 R2 x64 attached to a 2212fc SAN Array. When using Backup Exec v 12 to back up a volume exposed to this Server, I get 'unexpected VSS provider error' Checking the event log, I see:

Installed is the msa2000-fc-vds-vss-2.3.0.19-x64 driver package.

Any ideas on the cause of this error? Has anybody ever found 2212fc specific information on the HP website? All I've ever found when searching for '2212fc' is information on the 2000fc array.
