Stripe Size best practice for SQL 2008 on DL 580 G5 MSA 50

Hello,
I have a DL 580 G5 with local storage; a P800 Array Controller and 2x MSA50's. The server is to host Windows 2003 SP2, MSSQL 2008. We came across the following MS article 'http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd758814(SQL.100).aspx' on disk alignment for MSSQL and would deeply appreciate any advice on the stripe size and disk offset to use for maximum performance. Note each MSA50 shelf is to have 8x300GB SAS HDDs on a dedicated channel.

For those who are intrested, we have configured it as follow;
Stripe size: 64K
Partition offset size: 1024K
File size: 64K
So far no complains on performance.
