Switch Health Report shows Marginal ports monitor DOWN

I am looking at the browser gui interface in the Switch Health Report and, I see the switch state marked as DOWN. This appears to be due to the Marginal ports monitor marked as DOWN. How do I correct this problem?

If you have a B series switch, it sounds like your fabric watch parameters are set to default. Execute the switchstatuspolicyset command to change the number of marginal ports, fans, powersupplies, etc. required to change switch state.
If it is about storage, I am interested.
