Type driver error

There's an error with the Tape drive HP SureStore DAT 40x6.
The error message is "Insert media into device DEV-4.0.5.0 : HPC5713A or the magazine media into the loader for job test 2".
But after troubleshooting n installation of the HP library and Tape Tools Diagnostics software, another error occured.
The error message is "L&TT could not identify the correct NT miniport driver to use for access to this device"
Another error message is "RSM cannot manage library Tape0. It encountered an unspecified error. This can be caused br a number of problems including, but not limited to, database corruption, failure communicating with the library or insufficient system resources. The NTP server didnt respond"
