Virtualization and MSA1000

I'd like to be able to set up drives in my array in pools that can be distributed as virtual drives to several servers Windows servers (2000 and 2003). These pools would be comprised of several sets of drives in RAID configurations plus some JBOD sets (we have lots of spare drives).

I don't need or want to share the volumes themselves, just the storage space.

In other words I want to create one or more storage pools that I can expand as needed and attach several servers to each pool so the total available storage can be allocated to the servers as appropriate from the larger pool of space.

Can this be done with MSA1000, perhaps with Storage Virtual Replicator v4.1? Or will I need additional software?
