What capabilities - Service Debug. & Service Interface on MSA2000 family

Hi,
In SMU on storage in "MSA2312fc > Configuration > Services > Management" I have :
- Service Interface. Used for technical support only.
- Service Debug. Used for technical support only.

Somebody can explain me what this features do?
Is it a danger or not option?
