What is the major difference between the two CAN adapters?

Can anyone please confirm which one is a true CAN adapter:

HP CN1000E 2P Converged Network Adapter (AW520A)  vs HP NC522SFP+ Dual Port 10GbE Svr Adapter (468332-B21

 

If they both support FCoE, then what's the main difference? Thanks!
