VCS v4.100 is available from HP services and depending on the prior version installed or your warranty agreement on the EVA it may be part of a no charge upgrade.

Or if you still have a support contract it may be available in irtc.

Not what you are after but you can get VCS 3.110 from here:

For VCS 4.100 - as above - HP's website says contact them. The bit I found also said V4.001 ??
