Windows sees 5TB volume split as 2 TB- 3TB partitions
I have a 5TB MSA2000 volume. Windows 2003 R2 64
bits does not show the volume as a whole, instead it splits is in two volumes (2 TB and the rest).
Any ideas?

Re: Windows sees 5TB volume split as 2 TB- 3TB partitions
Hi,
I've seen your description occur when the disk has been partitioned in windows as an MBR disk, in order to have a partition over 2TB you'll need to convert it to GPT.

From memory there are also some specific GPT hotfixes around, but they might have been for just 32-Bit Windows.
