Or you could run LPUTILNT, which will show you the WWN of any Emulex adapter in the server.

Solutionfca2214 is a OEM Qlogic card and on the qlogic website their is a utility that can be run online called 'sanblade control'
or 'sansurfer HBA' which allows you to configure and view details of the qlogic qla2342 i.e. type of cards.
