Did you change ALL the account passwords?
If you dont know any of the admin account passwords for the accts admin, or factory, you will need to call HP Support.

There is no easy way to reset the pw on fc switches once you are locked out.

Do you have a Brocade contact ? Brocade will need to send you new firmware that will reset the switch to factory settings

Either Brocade support or HP if you purchased the switch(s) from them. You will need to know the WWN or serial number of the switch. Sometimes this is listed on the bottom of the switch.

Try brocade. Find the Serial number on the outside of the switch somewhere and give that to Brocade. They should be able to help you - contract or no contract - to get you back online.

theNT/W2K utility will reset all the passwords for all the Brocade Switches inside a Fabric. Sets the admin password on all the switches in a fabric to the default setting. Main purpose of is for forgotten passwords. You must know the password of a switch connected to the ones with forgotten passwords.
