inherited Compaq 4100 san and need help

Hello,
I inherited a Compaq SAN that runs NetWare 6.0.

It consists of three 4100's and three DL580's.

The problem is that I discovered that one of the three 4100's has not been activated. All the drives look off, but the box is powered on.

I was able to see it in Compaq Insight Manager, but it's not being seen in NetWare.

In NetWare Remote Manager I get "The device is currently not active."

In nssmu it's not even showing.

How can I get this 4100 activated so the drives can be accessed?
