load balance

Hi, I'm having some problems to activate load balance with secure path 4.0C.
I have an EVA3000 and 2 clusters. 1 cluster linux (Redhat 2.1 Adv. Server) and 1 cluster windows 2003. With linux load balance works fine. But when I try to activate load balance on windows it doesn't work. I added the registry key and tried the command (spmgr set -b on). When I use the command to view the status (spmgr display) load balance appears "off". Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
