but if you want to low-lever  format  all the disks in a disk group, is possible?

You only have access to vdisks, these are virtual disks.

my problem is that my client wants the certainty of erasure of your data in the disk group

There are many related threads in this forum.

Most recommend several cycles of uninitialize/initialize the array.

So uninitialize it, initialize it, create a diskgroup, some vdisks, then unitialze it. Repeate this. Nobody will be able to restore useful data.
