monitor a HP P2000 G3 MSA SAN Storage Area Network with PRTG

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience on how to monitor an HP P2000 SAN to gather useful information like HDD health, CPU usage and many more. How can I extract the information that I need freom the SAN?

I tried with SNMP but I still can gather information from the SAN with the PRTG.

Could nay one help me with this issue?

Is there a way you can get HDD health status directly from prtg? using the snmp protocol

I snmpwalked a P2000 G3 and no, there are no status of the hard disks.

I have a quite similar szenario.

P2000 G3 iSCSI which should be monitored via SNMP by PRTG.

How am I supposed to monitor my SAN and get notified when something is wrong?

(And "NO" - Error Email is not a valid option)
