multiple cluster windows 2003 and SAN

Hi
i have a customer with multiple cluster 2003 connected on the SAN
and the server time to time they loose connection
Now i diden't so yet the log but if anyone have some suggestion i'll appreciate

Hi,

two things you can check:
1. Have you zoned each cluster seperately on your SAN switches? It's strongly recommended to do this.
2. If you're using Emulex-based HBAs, use LPUTILNT to check the driver parameters. Make sure ResetTPRLO=1 or 2 (not 0). If you have the latest drivers it should already be set to 2.

If you need further help, could you describe in more detail the environment (what storage, HBAs, switches) and the symptoms of the problem?
